Why Computer Science?
The ever-growing field of technology has aroused my interest in computers and their immense diversity, I find it intriguing how fast society has been shaped and continues to be, by the influence of computer science. My passions lie in the various processes of design as well as a conceptual understanding of artificial intelligence and software engineering. With an interest for research, I’m constantly seeking to learn new skills and gain experience from various activities, to enhance my skill set, for betterment in my preferred field.

Graphic Design
Skill showcased and enhanced, when I was a Designer Director at TEDxYouth@TWSDubai, for two consecutive years, creating visual concepts to communicate diverse ideas to inspire and captivate the audience, along with developing the overall layout and production design including creating posters, tickets, presentations and creative souvenirs amongst others.
Research
Skill showcased when I was given the opportunity to partake in The Connecting Minds Project, which is supported by the Commonwealth through the Council for Australian-Arab Relations, where students of the Westminster School, Dubai partnered with students of The Scots School, in Albury, Australia, to create visionary projects, surrounding space exploartion, and development on Mars.
Photography
Did event photography of a workshop hosted by TeenTalk Podcast, which aims to address the ongoing struggles faced by the youth via podcasts and workshops (founded by Abeer Doctor), in collaboration with Step Up Journey, Zai Miztiq (Global speaker, Bestselling Author, Trainer, Model & Life Coach).
Arts
Showcased through annual art exhibitions, and performance of a cultural piece, showcasing two paintings which were interconnected through the Ghaf tree of tolerance, symbolizing diversity. A poetry recital was also done to represent our cultures, which demonstrated the diversity of our art piece which was inspired by the country we live in!
